Recipe: Roasted Swede with Herbs

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized swede, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
