Who is our delivery carrier?

Our current preferred courier is APC, however, we do strive to provide you with the freshest produce to your door, and as such, this may change from time to time.

Delivery Days

We currently deliver Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. We aim to get your order to you next day if ordered by 5am. An order placed before 5am Monday – Should be with you Tuesday

Why such a weird cut off time, right?

We have to source the weird and wonderful fruits from our trusted suppliers. We work through the night and our produce manger finishes around 6am

Pre selected veg box cut off times

With the pre made boxes we can offer a cut off time of around 11-12am for next day delivery

Packing Traceability

We have the ability to track who packaged and when your order was packaged. We use a trusted system to ensure a name is put to your order should there be any problems. We photograph every order before we seal it for you.

How much does Delivery Cost?

Standard delivery on all order (mainlain UK excluding outer islands and highlands) is £6.50.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can. Your order will be dispatched with either a notification from our courier or you will be supplied with a link once your order had been dispatched.

What happens if I’m not in?

You will be provided with the option to select from a range of delivery dates on checkout. Should you have to nip out, our couriers are instructed to leave your order in a safe and secure location.

Do you offer contact-free delivery for people who are self-isolating?

Contact-free delivery will be carried out while in lockdown or until otherwise by our government. Once restrictions have eased, we will work to still achieve contact-free deliveries for those who request it.

Can I choose what’s in my box?

Our premade boxes do have a set list of contents we pick from, however, if there’s something in there you’re not keen on, please do get in touch. We know not everyone’s mad about mushrooms or ecstatic about eggplants. If there’s a number of products you do not like we would recommend buying your products individually.

Can I add items to my box?

Our premade boxes can not be added to, however, any additional fruit, vegetables or items from our chilled and larder selections will be delivered alongside your premade produce box.

Why didn’t I receive a particular item in my box?

At Ted’s Veg, we have very high standards on what we consider acceptable. It’s very simple if it’s not a quality that we wouldn’t eat we wouldn’t send it out to you. If we don’t have what you’ve ordered in stock we will try to replace it with either something similar or issue a refund for that item. 

Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes! The box and tape are 100% recyclable. We always do our best to ensure no plastic is used but this can not always be avoided.

Can I select a delivery time?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer delivery slots. This is something we are working very hard to achieve and hopefully it will be with us soon.

Some of my products are bad, what should I do?

Firstly, if this does happen, we are very sorry you’ve received these goods. At Ted’s Veg, we have full traceability on all orders and will do a thorough investigation. If you can email your order number and photo to enquiries@tedsveg.co.uk we will seek to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I use my market loyalty card?

Our development team haven’t quiet gotten round to developing this feature yet, however, we have been told it will be coming!

How does the loyalty scheme work?

For every £1 spent you will receive 2 Points. 1 Point is equality to 1p. The points expire after 2 years
