Recipe: Herb-Roasted Desiree Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Desiree potatoes, washed and cut into small wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Desiree potato wedges, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and thyme leaves. Toss well to coat the potatoes evenly.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and toss again to distribute the flavors.
