Garlic Butter Tenderstem Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of tenderstem broccoli
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the tenderstem broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cooked tenderstem broccoli to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the garlic butter.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the broccoli is heated through and coated with the garlic butter.
- Serve the garlic butter tenderstem broccoli hot, with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over if desired.
Tenderstem Broccoli and Feta Frittata

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of tenderstem broccoli
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (such as parsley or dill) for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the tenderstem broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Add the cooked tenderstem broccoli to the skillet and spread it out evenly.
- Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli in the skillet. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Cook on the stovetop for 3-4 minutes until the edges are set.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the frittata is set and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Slice and serve the tenderstem broccoli and feta frittata warm or at room temperature.
Sesame Ginger Glazed Tenderstem Broccoli

- 1 bunch of tenderstem broccoli
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Red pepper flakes for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the tenderstem broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup (or agave nectar), sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the glaze.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the cooked tenderstem broccoli to the skillet.
- Pour the sesame ginger glaze over the broccoli in the skillet. Toss to coat evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the broccoli is heated through and glazed.
