Recipe: Spicy Thai Basil Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 long red chillies, sliced diagonally
  • 500g boneless chicken thighs, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves

Instructions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sliced long red chillies to the hot oil. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
