This raspberry vinegar is fruity and tart, made from white wine vinegar flavoured with raspberries, and is a great ingredient to use in partner with chicken!
It can also work wonders when drizzled over salads, as a substitute for soy sauce. Surprisingly it goes very well with ice cream and can also be made into a beverage by diluting with sparkling water.
