Ingredients
- 1 head of Savoy cabbage
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully peel off individual Savoy cabbage leaves and blanch them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sautéing until onions are translucent.
- Stir in cooked rice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper into the beef mixture.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and rice mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll them up, tucking in the sides.
- Arrange the cabbage rolls in a baking dish. Pour tomato sauce over the top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cabbage rolls are cooked through. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Instructions

Instructions
