Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the softened goat cheese evenly over the puff pastry.
- Arrange the thinly sliced heritage radishes on top of the goat cheese, slightly overlapping.
- Drizzle olive oil and honey over the radishes.

- 1 cup sushi rice, cooked and seasoned
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch heritage radishes, thinly sliced
- Soy sauce, for dipping
- Wasabi paste, for serving
- Pickled ginger, for serving
Instructions
- Place a nori seaweed sheet on a bamboo sushi rolling mat.
- Spread a thin layer of cooked sushi rice evenly over the nori seaweed sheet, leaving a 1-inch border at the top edge.
- Arrange avocado slices and heritage radish slices horizontally across the center of the rice.
- Starting from the bottom edge, tightly roll the sushi using the bamboo mat, applying gentle pressure as you roll.
- Moisten the top edge of the nori seaweed sheet with a little water to seal the roll.
- Repeat the process with the remaining nori seaweed sheets and ingredients.
- Use a sharp knife to slice each sushi roll into 6-8 pieces.
